My breakfast changes depending on the daily commitments. There are those days where one has more time to itself and can really take a moment in the morning and prepare a Pinterest-like breakfast, with a good coffee, freshly pressed orange juice, brioches, yogurt with granola and red fruits.  This becomes the best start to a day full of energy. But I must confess that sometimes, especially during the Fashion Week, I do the typical Milanese breakfast, an espresso on the go.

Dimmi che colazione fai, ti dico che stile di vita conduci. 

La mia colazione cambia sempre in base agli impegni della giornata. Nei momenti più tranquilli questa diventa il pasto più importante e il miglior inizio per una giornata piena di energia. In questi giorni la colazione è un momento di coccola personale con un buon caffe, spremuta d'arancia, briosce e yoghurt con frutti rossi. Ma devo confessare che qualche volta, specialmente durante la Fashion Week, faccio la tipica colazione Milanese, un caffe e via.
